About

Eimear Keane.

Chartered Sports Physiotherapist

VIA Physiotherapy operates from Drumcondra, Dublin 3, delivering evidence-based care across ages and abilities — from routine discomfort to elite athletic injury. I combine professional sports physiotherapy experience with my current role as Clinical Specialist in MSK triage at Tallaght University Hospital.

Care follows a structured arc: clinical reasoning, accurate diagnosis, a goal-aligned plan, and progress measured against it. The interpersonal side matters too — helping you understand the issue, connect with your body, and rebuild confidence in it.

Strength rehabilitation runs on a data-driven model with objective assessment and progressive loading. That measure-everything approach was shaped by six years at Kieser, Australia— one of the country’s strength-and-conditioning physiotherapy specialists — and is central to how VIA Physiotherapy works.
