For GPs, allied health, specialists & coaches

Refer to VIA.

Send a quick email. I’ll see your patient promptly, set them up with a clear diagnosis of the issue and a structured programme, and — if you want it — send you a one-page report after the first session.

Who to send

Patients I handle well.

Early or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and performance physiotherapy. Comfortable at both ends: early-presentation, persistent pain, and late-stage return to sport.

  • 01

    Hip and groin pain

Specialist interest — hip dysplasia, femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and labral tears.

  • 02

    Sports & performance physiotherapy

Early or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and performance physiotherapy across recreational to elite athletes.

  • 03

    Persistent or complex pain

Where the diagnostic picture needs unpicking. Background in MSK triage at Tallaght University Hospital.

  • 04

    Post-surgical rehab

ACL, hip, shoulder, spine. Phased loading through to return to sport.

  • 05

    Bone stress injuries

Runners and athletes. Load management and a staged return-to-run pathway.

  • 06

    Tendinopathy

Achilles, patellar, gluteal, proximal hamstring. Structured progression with measurable markers.

  • 07

Return to run / return to sport

Strength testing (VALD) and athletic performance testing (Output Sports) underpin the return-to-play decision.

What the patient gets

Structured. Measurable.

Every session ends with the patient knowing what they’re doing between now and the next one — and why.

  • Assessment

45-minute initial consultation. Subjective and objective examination, a working diagnosis, and a shared management plan.

  • Home programme

Delivered through Physitrack — prescribed exercises, video demonstrations, progressive dosage, and adherence monitoring.

  • Objective testing

Strength and athletic performance data — VALD strength testing and Output Sports performance testing — give each patient a data-driven plan to return to play and performance.

  • Insurance & Med 1

All Irish private health insurers accepted; clients pay at the time of session and claim the rebate themselves. Itemised receipts provided for VHI, Laya, Irish Life and Aviva, plus Revenue's Med 1 scheme — 20% back.
